CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling any appointment. We understand that life happens, and if you’re unable to make it, providing notice allows our team to offer that time to another guest.

No-shows: If you miss an appointment without notice, we’ll happily reschedule one time, but a credit card will be required to hold the new appointment. A second missed appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

ESTHETICS CANCELLATION POLICY
Because esthetic services require additional preparation, we ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Same-day appointments must be canceled by the end of that business day.

A credit card on file is required for all esthetic bookings. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We take pride in the products we carry and want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Please note: makeup, jewelry, and hairbrush sales are final.

CHILDREN
For the comfort and safety of all guests, children are welcome in the salon only if they have a scheduled appointment. An adult must remain with the child for the duration of their service.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks (with a valid ID), and cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.

Gratuity is not included in your service total. If you’d like to tip your stylist, we gladly accept cash, check, or Venmo.

Your satisfaction is our top priority! All services are 100% guaranteed within 10 days of your appointment, provided that professional products purchased through our salon are used. If you’re not fully satisfied, please speak directly with a salon manager, we’d love the opportunity to make it right.
