Appointment Reminders

We understand that appointments can occasionally slip your mind so as a courtesy we do offer text and/or email reminders in advance.  Please make sure you are actively enrolled to do so.  If you need any help enrolling, our front desk staff will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required and appreciated for all cancellations.  We appreciate our guests as a whole and do understand that life happens and situations occur that may be out of your control.  If you are unable to attend an appointment we would appreciate as much notice as possible to allow our service providers to book that time.

Should you fail to show up for your appointment, we will gladly reschedule one time, accompanied by a credit card on file to reserve it. 50% of the scheduled service will be charged in the event of a second missed appointment.

 Facial Appointments require 48 hours notice and 50% of the service will be charged after first missed appointment or less than 48 hours notice.

Reserving Your Next Appointment

We highly recommend that you reserve your next appointment(s) prior to leaving the salon.  We love to be able to guarantee you the time and day that works best with your schedule. Booking is done only via the phone (301)490-1100 or in person in the salon.

 

Give the Gift of Beauty

A salon gift card makes the perfect gift for any and all occasions.  They are available for purchase thru this website, in salon or by phone.  Gift card purchases are non-refundable and revert back to dollar value after one year from date of purchase.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

We proudly stand behind all items we choose to carry in our salon.  Should you feel your purchase is not quite right for and your needs we will be happy to exchange it within 30 days from purchase for a more well suited item or store credit.  All nail polish, makeup, jewelry, and hair brush sales are final.

Children 

In our salon, for safety purposes, as well as for your peace of mind and that of other guests, please bring children to the salon ONLY if they have an appointment.  An adult must remain with each child during their entire service.

Gratuities 

Our prices do not include gratuity.  Gratuities are greatly appreciated, however we are not able to add them to credit cards.  Thank you for your understanding.

Payment

 We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover as well as personal checks (with valid license) and cash. We do NOT accept American Express.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

All of our services are 100% guaranteed within 10 days of service and only when professional products purchased at the salon are used. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the service you received, we encourage you to please speak with a salon manager directly. We would like the opportunity to make things right.
