Policies

Spa services are available by appointment and can be scheduled seven days a week. A credit card or gift certificate is required for all spa service reservations. All new clients please arrive ten minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. Any late arrivals may experience a shortened service to allow our specialists to be on time for his/her next guest.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination for any service. They do not include gratuity. They may not be redeemed for cash or credit by any party including the purchaser. Gift certificates are guaranteed for one year. After that, they revert back to the dollar value. Today’s Image is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance, so we may accommodate other guests. For spa packages and facials all cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Your appointment is a commitment of a therapist’s time. If we do not receive your cancellation notification at all, we will charge for the full price of the reservation reserved. Cancellations made with less than the required notice time will be charged 50% of the service price. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Children
For their own safety and the comfort of other guests, we respectfully ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to the nail and spa areas.

Gratuities
Gratuities are accepted and appreciated; however, they may not be added to any credit or debit payment of take from any gift certificate or prepaid money.

Cell Phone Pagers
To promote a serene and tranquil atmosphere for all guests we request that cell phones and pagers not be used in the lobby, nail and spa areas.

Payments
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and cash. Be advised any returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.

Retail Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly grant store credit for your store purchase within 30 days and a valid receipt. No cash or credit card refunds will be given.
